Botox® The Saga Continues

A man being botoxedAs my first blog entry regarding my recent Botox injections was so well received I thought I’d give you an update on the status of my obsession with wrinkles.

Only now can I understand what doctors refer to as “Plastic Surgery Junkies” as I’m probably going to be one.  After the amazing results of the first shots to remove my ugly crow’s feet worked so remarkably, I started staring at my face looking for new spots to inject this stuff into and I didn’t have to wait long!  As the full effects of the Botox in the eye area became numb and wrinkle free, another, new, horrible, even worse enemy appeared.  My under eye area sagged, forming a fold every time I’d smile… now that was not what I wanted, to remove one flaw only to replace it with another.  It so happens that the muscles that generate the Crow’s feet actually stretch the skin under the eye, so when they don’t do that any more, the amazing new flaw appeared.

I was really thinking about this day in and day out, looking at myself in a mirror, with disgust.  This morning, I took my dogs to the vet, and on the way home, I swung by at Dr. Botox office to whine about these unsuspected side effects from the earlier injection.  I just have to say, what a great doctor.  He told me not to worry, that I just needed another 10 units or so in another area to get rid of this one… and that without a payment!

I was thrilled as I’d thought I’d have to empty my savings account to recover my lost beauty, but no, it was free. Now, why on earth would it be free I started to wonder and came upon the realization on the way back home that they where trying to get me hooked!  Just as with drugs, the drug dealer gives you the dope at first, but then you got to pay!

Now well, if that’s the case I’ll just find a new innocent doctor to pray on and get lots more of free Botox refills, just as you would with a big gulp at 7/11.

My new puppies

There has been some news, both good and bad in the last week regarding Keith Manheim but on the personal side I have to say my highlight has been the arrival of my new puppies.  Actually I’m keeping them until November until they are going to be exported to my mothers back home, she just fell in love with the Samoyed dog that I already have (his name is Sam) and she just had to get a matching set.

Anyway I have attached a photograph of the newly born’s (at the time of this post at age 12 weeks and 9 weeks).  Hope you like’m as much as I do.

While they are sweat and everything its allot of work to keep dogs, specially two of them as you might imagine. It’s like having children, not that I have the experience.  Every morning yours truly has to clean the cage, wash the shit from their coat and play with them making me work less and play more, but hey that isn’t so bad, is it?
