Your satisfaction is our business and unlike most other websites out there we believe that providing the best possible customer experience, including customer support, is the key to our success.

If you have any questions, comments or just like to send us a note, you're more than welcome to submit to us a so called 'Trouble Ticket' -- with the ticket we can respond to you in a quickly and timely manner.

Yours sincerely,

We believe so strongly in our customer support that we will guarantee you an answer to your question within 24 hours no matter the problem. As long as it is related to our site and your problem is genuine, we will stick to our 24 hour Fast-Track service no matter what. However, like always, even at McDonald's there can be a hiccup in service, and therefore we will give you a supplementary access of 60 days if we are unable to answer or solve your query within the given timeframe.

We believe that if you're not able to use a product, you should not have to pay for it... same goes for our DVD business, if a product is faulty the customer can get a new one without a charge, or in some cases when the product is out of stock at the retailer a full unconditional refund.

First, try to look through this chapter of Questions and Answers, you might simply be able to solve the problem quickly and easily by looking at these previous responses to service and support queries.

If your password does not work and you have tried the links above the most likely scenario is that your password has expired and your credit card was denied for further rebilling. Some memberships options are not rebilled and thus expire at the end of their term. Try to look in your e-mail and see if you can determine what type of membership you had bought. If indeed it has expired, you can always sign up again without any risk of your credit card being billed for your old membership. If you believe you should be able to log in and that your membership is active, please send us a Trouble Ticket at the bottom of the page and we will find a solution for you quickly.

Video is slow

The internet is virtual highway, and we all know that during traffic hours we sometimes drive slowly or completely get stuck. Same principal applies to the internet with the only difference being that instead of cars we have data. If this problem is continuous check if your internet subscription is high speed. We recommend at least an xDSL or Cable Model services with at least 1024kbps speed for maximum video quality using the Flash video option. If you have a lower connection speed you can always use the Windows Media Player option because Windows Media scales its video according to your connection.

I can't use Flash video, Windows Media or QuickTime.

This year, over 95% of internet browsers can play Flash video out of the box. However, some older browsers and proprietary browsers don't have the option of Flash video and therefore you need to use either Windows Media or the QuickTime download option. Windows Media requires you to use a Windows 98/XP or Windows Vista and a program called "Windows Media Player". Most US residents will have this player installed when they buy there PC but in the EU. Microsoft has been told not to pre-install Windows Media Player on PCs sold in the Union. Therefore you need to visit the Microsoft website and download the Media Player and install it on your own.

QuickTime is a format that anyone that has used iTunes or owns an iPod should know. With the QuickTime download option you can download all of our movies and DVD titles and play them on your iTunes program on your PC or a MAC or upload it to your iPod Video capable player. Also in the very near future you can purchase a iTV box from Apple that allows you to view your iTunes library on your TV making the value for money even better on KeithManheim.com

For any other questions regarding video formats or problems with them, please submit a Trouble-Ticket and we will respond to your query.
